‘Roid’ set for release across six Australian cities
Following its release during Eid-ul-Azha, Mejbaur Rahman Sumon's much-discussed film "Roid" is now gearing up for its international release in Australia.
The film is scheduled to begin screening in various Australian cinemas from Friday (June 5). The distribution rights for "Roid" in Australia and New Zealand have been jointly acquired by Screenxcope and DeshiEvents.
According to the release plan, "Roid" will first open in Sydney and Melbourne on June 5 before expanding to Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, and Canberra in phases.
Since its release, "Roid" has sparked widespread discussion among audiences and cinephiles alike.
The cast features Nazifa Tushi, Mostafizur Noor Imran, Gazi Rakayet, and Ahsabul Yamin Riad, among others.
