Tauquir Ahmed returns to screen with Eid telefilm

Noted actor and director Tauquir Ahmed, who has captivated audiences with numerous dramas and telefilms throughout his long career, is set to return this Eid. He has recently taken part in the shooting of a new special telefilm for the upcoming Eid-ul-Azha.

Titled "Zohra Begumer Ichchapotro", the telefilm features Tauquir Ahmed not only as the screenwriter but also in a significant acting role. The project is being directed by Arif Khan.

Tauquir Ahmed said, “During Eid, we usually prefer stories filled with joy and celebration. While writing this story, I wanted to create something a little different. The narrative reflects various phases and turning points in life. Arif Khan is directing the telefilm with considerable skill and dedication.”

“I believe this telefilm will reach audiences despite the abundance of content available today.”

Praising Tauquir Ahmed, the director said, “Tauquir Bhai has written an exceptional story. There is nothing new left to say about his writing or acting. I am also sincerely grateful to all the talented artistes who have acted in this telefilm alongside him.”
