Elevated Expressway: Why investors want to raise toll?

After the partial opening of Dhaka Elevated Expressway, traffic is moving from Uttara to Farmgate. Despite the increase in traffic and toll collection on the expressway in the last six months, investment firm FDEE says the revenue is still not satisfactory. In this situation, they want to propose to the government to increase the toll.
