Despite cases, buses continue to drop passengers in the middle of highway

Although cases were filed against 78 buses in the last three days till 2:00pm on Tuesday, buses continue to drop off passengers in the middle of the Shimrail intersection of the highway.

Passengers still cross the divider using a ladder and jaywalk, risking their lives.
