Bangladesh are in clear trouble, still trailing New Zealand's first innings total by 143 runs in their second innings having lost three wickets after the Kiwis declared their innings at 432 for six. Ross Taylor was the star with the bat with an agressive double hundred that helped the Kiwis pile up the runs in the morning session. Henry Nicholls was in fine form, hitting a ton as he along with Taylor put up a 216-run partnership. With the ball, Trent Boult was on fire early on, removing Tamim Iqbal and Mominul Haque with two excellent deliveries. Shadman looked promising before he fell prey to Matt Henry. Mohammad Mithun looked uncomfortable against the short stuff but preserved his wicket till the end of the day along with Soumya Sarkar who was unbeaten on 12.
