Fizz's Delhi to feature from IPL’s second matchday
Bangladesh's star cricketer Mustafizur Rahman could be in action in the upcoming season of the Indian Premier League (IPL) during his side Delhi Capitals' game against Mumbai Indians on March 27, the day after the curtain of the IPL's new edition lifts with Chennai Super Kings taking on Kolkata Knight Riders in Mumbai's Wankhede Stadium.
According to the official fixtures, just-released by the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI), the 10-team tournament will stage 70 matches but in front of no more than four stadiums, all located in Mumbai and neighbouring Pune, due to the prevalent pandemic scenario.
Mustafiz, the only Bangladesh player who found a spot in the upcoming IPL, will join his Delhi side after the Cutter Master completes his national assignment between March 18-23, during which Bangladesh and hosts South Africa will play three One-Day Internationals.
