HP rolls out Envy notebook series
HP Bangladesh launched the new HP Envy notebook PC series recently in the country. The Envy series includes five high-tech user-friendly stylish models. At the launch event, Ang Sue San, general manager, HP Printing and Personal Systems (PPS), said that Bangladesh is advancing in fast pace in terms of technology and HP Envy is just suitable for this fast pace lifestyle. Envy features a clean and definitive geometric design and the essence of the new Envy lies in the details and craftsmanship. The notebook sports an all-metal chassis with rounded edges in a classic black and silver finish, and accented by subtle red details. In the company's continuous drive to deepen the user experience, the Envy now features the HP Radiance Backlit keyboard that provides outstanding illumination using individual LEDs dedicated to each keycap. The keyboard also works with an advanced proximity sensor to illuminate when it detects a user approaching the notebook and deactivate after the user leaves, bringing humanised technology to the next level. The series includes HP Envy 15-3014TX that features 2nd generation Intel Core i7-2670QM Processor (6MB Cache, 2.20 GHz with Intel turbo boost technology up to 3.10 GHz) with genuine Windows 7 Home Premium. It has 8GB DDR3 RAM, 1TB HD, 15.6" diagonal high-definition LED HP brightview widescreen display. This model also features light scribe super multi DVD+/-RW with double layer support and dedicated ATI 1 GB Graphics. It is available at Tk 1,36,000.00. HP Envy 14-3013TU Spectre features 2nd generation Intel Core i5-2467M Processor (3MB L3 Cache, 1.60 GHz with Intel turbo boost technology up to 2.3 GHz), genuine Windows 7 Home Basic. It comes with 4 GB DDR3 RAM, 256 SSD HD and 14.1" diagonal high-definition LED HP brightview widescreen display. It endows with light scribe super multi DVD+/-RW with double layer support and 4 layered Gorilla Glass. It has a price tag of Tk 1,85,000. HP Envy 6-1011TX Ultrabook comes with 2nd generation Intel Core i5-2467M Processor (3MB L3 Cache, 1.60 GHz with Intel turbo boost technology up to 2.3 GHz), genuine Windows 7 Home Premium. It also features 32GB SSD 15.6 high-definition LED HP Brightview widescreen display and 4GB DDR3 RAM. It also has light scribe super multi DVD+/-RW with double layer support. It also comes with dedicated ATI 7670m 2 GB Graphics. Price for this model is Tk 95,000. HP Envy 6-1003TU Ultrabook features 2nd generation Intel Core i5-2467M Processor (3MB L3 Cache, 1.60 GHz with Intel turbo boost technology up to 2.3 GHz), genuine Windows 7 Home Premium, 4GB DDR3 RAM, 500GB Hard Drive and 15.6" diagonal high-definition LED HP brightview widescreen display. It features external tray light scribe super multi DVD+/-RW with double layer support. Price for this model is Tk 82,000. HP Envy 4-1014TU Ultrabook features 2nd Generation Intel Core i5-2467M Processor (3MB L3 Cache, 1.60 GHz with Intel turbo boost technology up to 2.3 GHz), genuine Windows 7 Home Basic. It comes with 2GB DDR3 RAM, 320GB Hard Drive and 14.0" diagonal high-definition LED HP bright view widescreen display. It has a price tag of Tk 68,000.
