Knowledge sharing session for BASIS members
A day long knowledge sharing session on 'Human Resource Management' was held on Saturday at BASIS Office in Dhaka, says a press release.
GPIT and BASIS jointly organised the sessions for the CHRO, CPO and HR professionals of the forum member of BASIS.
Md Mizanur Rahman, deputy general manager, leadership, people and organisation GPIT conducted the session and shared his knowledge and experiences with the participants.
The session included an overview of people and organisation functions, strategic human resources, importance of leadership in the organisation, health safety and security, performance management process and its importance, code of conduct for business.
