After Aindrila Sharma, her mother battling with cancer

It seems like tragedy has struck the late Tollywood actress Aindrila Sharma's family again. Aindrila's mother, Shikha Sharma, has been diagnosed with Cancer again. She is suffering from bladder cancer and currently undergoing treatment at the hospital.

Aindrila's mother received the test result that her cancer resurfaced right before her daughter fell ill and slipped into a coma in November 2022.

Shikha, a medical expert, underwent chemotherapy after receiving a cancer diagnosis a number of years ago. After the chemotherapy treatment was finished, she was proclaimed cancer-free.

Aindrila was in school when she first received the news that she had cancer. She was supported by her parents and sister Aishwarya. After receiving a dangerous lung tumor diagnosis, the actress endured a complicated operation and round of chemotherapy. Aindrila resumed work again, by working on two OTT projects.

However, in the end, Aindrila Sharma passed away on November 21, after suffering from a brain stroke.
