Red Crescent’s aid for Nasirnagar Hindus

Bangladesh Red Crescent Society has distributed humanitarian assistance to affected minority Hindu community in Brahmanbaria's Nasirnagar who suffered a spate of hate attack over this month.

All families received essential food and non-food items, while 79 of them also received Tk 5,000 each, said a press release issued by the Bangladesh Red Crescent Society today.

The distribution was made in collaboration with local unit of the Red Crescent Society and in coordination with local administration yesterday, the press release read.
