Militants to be rehabilitated after surrender: Benazir

Urging militants to surrender and return to normal life, Director General of Rab Benazir Ahmed has said the militants will be rehabilitated if they do so.

The Rab DG made the comments after visiting a Puja mandap at Amalpara of Narayanganj last night, according to Bangla daily Prothom Alo.

Militants will not be able to do any harm to this country, the daily quoted Benazir as saying.

He also urged families to bring back their near and dear ones who have gone into the path of militancy.
