Top businessman and Dutch Bangla Chamber of Commerce and Industry's President Hasan Khalid, 55, has been reported "missing," family and police say.
He went traceless since Saturday morning, a general diary filed with Dhanmondi Police Station said.
For all latest news, follow The Daily Star's Google News channel. Khalid's last known whereabouts was at his Dhanmondi 4/A residence in Dhaka yesterday morning, according to family. He went to buy medicine at a nearby pharmacy and never returned.
Khairul Bashar, a sub-inspector of Dhanmondi Police Station, said police are investigating the matter.
