Ruhul made chairman of Unilever Consumer Care
Ruhul Quddus Khan has been elected chairman of Unilever Consumer Care Limited (UCL) for a three-year term, effective July 28, 2026.
The election took place at the company’s 328th board meeting, held recently, during which several key appointments to the board and senior management were approved, according to a press release. He was elected under Article 94 of UCL’s Articles of Association following the resignation of the outgoing chairman, Masud Khan.
Ruhul also serves as chief executive officer and managing director of Unilever Bangladesh Limited. The company also elected Shadman Sadikin as a non-executive director of UCL, appointed Samsuddoha Nayeem as head of finance, and named Sharmin Akter as company secretary.
