Russia to host Afghan talks on November 9

Russia yesterday said it will host international talks on Afghanistan on November 9, with representatives of both the Afghan government and the Taliban. Moscow said Afghan govt and the Taliban have agreed to send delegations to the conference. Moscow also invited representatives from the US as well as India, Iran, China, Pakistan to take part.
