Story of Bogura’s butcher shop owner Kalu Kasai

Nazrul Islam Kalu, known as "Kalu Kasai" opened a butcher shop in his village in Bogura last year. He opened his own shop "Goshto Ghor" in Nashipur village of Gabtoli upazila after being driven away from the local market.

However, there was not much business initially. Kalu then decided to reduce the price of beef. That's when the sales of his shop went up.

 Gradually, the demand increased so much that buyers started to take 10-12 kgs of beef at once from his shop. Kalu then started wholesaling. During the time of increased prices, Kalu chose to decrease the price of his product. He came to the limelight in the area for doing business for less profit. Today's Star Special is about Kalu Kasai.
