‘Ekshathe Alada’: Yash and Parsa unite for Hoichoi Eid film

Get ready to witness a one-hour Hoichoi Original film this Eid, starring Yash Rohan and Parsa Evana in the lead roles.

Welcoming the new year with a fresh content strategy, Hoichoi is introducing a new format of one-hour original films on its platform. The first release under this initiative, Hoichoi Original Film “Ekshathe Alada”, is set to premiere this Eid-ul-Fitr.

Directed by Rezaur Rahman, “Ekshathe Alada” is a romantic comedy that explores modern urban relationships, delving into love, misunderstandings, personal space, and career-driven conflicts. The film also marks Rezaur Rahman’s directorial debut on Hoichoi.

The project brings together popular actors Yash Rohan and Parsa Evana for their first on-screen collaboration on Hoichoi. Known for their strong screen presence, the duo will be seen in a fresh and contemporary avatar. The film also features a notable supporting cast including Tariq Anam Khan, Tushar Khan, Rosey Siddiqui, and Deepa Khandakar, among others.

Speaking about the film, director Rezaur Rahman said, “We wanted to tell a story of our time—where love exists, but relationship dynamics shift under the pressure of personal space and career demands. Both Yash and Parsa have done an extraordinary job. It will be a refreshing one-hour experience for the audience.”

Lead actor Yash Rohan shared, “While reading the script of ‘Ekshathe Alada’, I felt this is a story of the people we see around us every day. Seeing the audience’s interest in the poster, I am hopeful the love for the film will only grow after its release.”
