FAO chief arrives tomorrow
The Director General of UN's Food and Agriculture Organisation (FAO), Jose Graziano da Silva, will arrive in Bangladesh on a two-day visit tomorrow (March 18). He will hold talks with Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Finance Minister AMA Muhith, Agriculture Minister Matia Chowdhury, Food and Disaster Management Minister Dr Abdur Razzaque and Foreign Minister Dr Dipu Moni. He is also scheduled to discuss the food security issues of Bangladesh with development partners.
