Ruby Rahman
Today is the 47th death anniversary of eminent artist Ruby Rahman, says a press release. On the occasion, a Qurankhwani and doa mahfil will be held at the High Court Mazar today. She was killed in a tragic car accident on this day in 1965 at the boarder of Lebanon and Syria. Out of her 25 paintings, 10 are preserved in the National Museum of Dhaka.
