One electrocuted
A man was electrocuted at Dakkhin para in Raninagar upazila here on Monday. The deceased was identified as Pulok Pramanik, 34. Witnesses said a religious festival was going on at Chakradhar Howlader's house at the village in the morning. At one stage, Pulok came in touch with a live electric wire while repairing an electric wire of the stage at around 10:00 am. He was rushed to the upazila health complex where attending doctors declared him dead.
