New Khulna city BCL committee
Dev Dulal Bappi and Sheikh Shajahan Hossain Shujon have been made president and general secretary of Khulna city committee of Bangladesh Chhatra League (BCL).
Names for three vice presidents, three joint secretaries and four organising secretaries were announced by party's president Mahmud Hasan Ripon and general secretary Mahfuzul Haider Chowdhury Roton in a closed-door meeting held at 11:00 pm on Saturday at Khulna Circuit House conference room.
State Minister for Labour and Employment Begum Mannujan Sufian, KCC Mayor and president of Khulna City Awami League Talukder Abdul Khaleque and president of Khulna District Awami League Sheikh Harun-ar-Rashid were present when names of new leaders of the new BCL committee were announced.
KCC Mayor after consultation with new president and general secretary said names of 101- member committee would be announced as early as possible.
