Gun, bomb seized in Jhenidah, one held
Rapid Action Battalion (Rab) recovered a pipe gun, a bomb and bomb making materials from Hudakushabaria village under Shailkupa upazila early yesterday and arrested a man on the spot.
The arrestee is Keramat Ali, 30, son of Minhaz Uddin of Dalilpur village under the upazila.
Acting on a tip-off, a Rab team raided the village at around 2:30am and recovered the gun, bomb and bomb making materials from behind the house of one Nazmul Hossain Pikul.
A case was filed with Shailkupa Police Station.
