Man kills his 3-yr-old son in Manikganj
A three-year-old boy was killed allegedly by his father at Bakla village under Shibalaya upazila on Tuesday night.
Police yesterday recovered the body of the boy, Habi Nadi, and sent it to Manikganj Sadar Hospital morgue for autopsy.
Police also arrested Sadek Ali on charge of murder after Asma Begum, mother of the boy, lodged a murder case with the Shibalaya police station, sub-inspector of the police station and investigating officer Abdus Sattar said.
Locals said, after their marriage, Asma Begum, 35, and Sadek Ali, 35, lived at Bakla village for five years. Later they lived in Dhaka and Narayanganj for a few more years. Meantime they become parents of two sons and two daughters.
But lately the couple lived separately due to family feud.
Asma with four children came to his husband's house on Tuesday afternoon from her parent's house in Narayanganj. But her husband did not receive them.
When she protested it, Sadek Ali beat them up and asked them to leave his house.
At one stage, a furious Sadek Ali threw his 3-year-old son on the ground causing his instant death.
