<i>Tragic</i>
Parents of Azmeri Sultana Limu, who was killed in a road accident only a few days ago, burst into tears when they heard that their deceased daughter got GPA-5 in the SSC examinations.
“She got GPA-5 but what is its use when she is no more?” said Limu's father Amzad Hossain.
Limu died on the spot as she was run over by a truck at Dhap on Rangpur-Dinajpur highway on May 11 evening.
She had appeared at this year's SSC examinations as a student of science group from Rangpur Cantonment School and College.
After the result was published yesterday, Limu's friends met her parents to inform them of her result, but it only added to the sorrow of the bereaved parents.
