Bombs seized, one arrested
Police recovered 10 bombs and arrested a criminal from Amla bazaar in Mirpur upazila in the district on Wednesday night.
Police said a patrol team from Amla police camp saw a young man standing by the road near Amla Bazaar at about 8:30 pm.
AS he was carrying a bag, police asked him about it. Later they searched the bag on suspicion and recovered the bombs.
The youth was identified as Anarul Mollah, 36, son of Kushabaria in the upazila.
