JP leaders hurt in attack
Two leaders of Jatiya Mohila Party were injured in an attack by a rival group in the city's Dhopadighirpar on Thursday night.
The injured are City Jatiya Mohila Party general secretary Dina and Sadar upazila unit general secretary Jyoti Begum.
Locals said rival party leader Moni and her followers attacked them after a meeting at the party office at about 8pm.
Injured Jyoti was admitted to Sylhet Osmani Medical College Hospital.
