AL, BCL clash in Bogra
At least five people were injured in a clash between the activists of Awami League and Chhatra League over a disputed land at Nishindara Khan Para in the town Tuesday. Witnesses said the clash ensued between the supporters of local AL leader Shafiqul Islam Nayon and Chhatra League town unit General Secretary Rabiul Islam Liton at around 10:00am. Both the groups exchanged gunshots during the clash. The feuding groups left the place after local people rushed to the spot hearing the gunshots.
