RU syndicate, dean elections April 12
Elections to Syndicate, Dean, Academic Council, Finance Committee, Planning and Development Committee of Rajshahi University (RU) will be held on April 12.
The decision was taken at a Syndicate meeting held on Saturday night with vice-chancellor Prof Abdus Sobhan in the chair, administration sources said.
RU teachers will elect five members to the Syndicate exercising their franchise at the Dean Complex. They will also elect eight members to Dean, six members to the Academic Council, one member to Finance Committee as well as the Planning And Development Committee.
