4 die of dengue in 24 hours

At least four dengue patients died while 1,101 others were hospitalised in 24 hours till 8:00 am today.

According to the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), among the deaths, three were reported from Dhaka South City Corporation areas while one from Dhaka North City Corporation.

With the new deaths and cases, the total number of dengue-related deaths this year rose to 292, while total number of cases rose to 73,923.

Currently, 3,102 dengue patients are undergoing treatment at hospitals across the country.
