A special screening of the much-anticipated film "Rockstar" was held yesterday, attended by lead actor Shakib Khan, the film's cast and crew, director Azman Rusho, and members of the media.

Speaking to journalists after the screening, Shakib Khan shared his excitement about finally watching the film with an audience.

"I always wait in anticipation for this day—the day when the film is released and I get to watch it along with everyone," he said.

The actor also addressed how negative reviews were spread on the first day of its release. “A film can have both positive and negative reviews. I don't understand why only the negative reviews were cut and shown aggressively on the first day.”

Reflecting on the project, the actor expressed gratitude to the director and the entire team behind the film.

"My director Azman Rusho is brilliant, and his work on this film has been exceptional. At the same time, every member of the cast and crew has contributed tremendously. Our cinematographer, Mamun, delivered amazing photography. The art director did a commendable job, and my costume designer, Safia Sathi, was brilliant. The music directors, Jahid Nirob and Ahmed Hasan Sunny, also did an incredible job. In fact, it would take me a long time to talk about everyone's contributions," he said.

Shakib Khan also praised several of his co-stars for their performances.

"Tariq Bhai did incredible work. Rosy Siddique, who played my mother, was outstanding, and Dilara Zaman, who portrayed my grandmother, also delivered a remarkable performance," he added.

Concluding his remarks, the actor announced that his next film, "Soldier", another production of Sun Motion Pictures Limited, is scheduled for release later this year.

"In Sha Allah, you will be seeing my work again very soon. We will continue meeting beyond festival occasions with 'Soldier'," he said.
