120 Indian cows seized

Members of Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB) seized 120 Indian cows worth about Tk 1 crore from Daulatpur area of Jessore yesterday. On secret information, BGB men raided the border area and seized the cattle. However, the smugglers managed to flee the scene, sensing the presence of the law enforcers, said Lt Col Jahangir Hossain, commanding officer of BGB-26 Battalion.
