10 docs get show cause notice

Ten doctors of Jhalakathi Sadar Hospital on Sunday received show cause notice for absence from their working place.

After Eid vacation, it was the first day of office but most of the doctors were absent at the hospital.

Due to this, some patients had to leave the hospital without treatment.

Action will be taken against them after getting their replies, said Dr Abdur Rahim, civil surgeon of Jhalakathi.
