Ruta protests decision to bring police station on campus

Rajshahi University Teachers' Association yesterday protested the university's syndicate's decision to locate Motihar Police Station and its outpost on the campus.
The syndicate on March 31 approved Rajshahi Metropolitan Police's application for transferring the police station from Talaimari area to the eastern part of the campus, and establishing an outpost in the western part. Yesterday Ruta met the vice-chancellor to convey their stance.
