Fire at Old Dhaka mosque brought under control
A fire broke out at Ata Masjid (mosque) in Bangshal area of Old Dhaka tonight.
The fire broke out on the fourth floor of the five-storey building of the mosque around 10:02pm, Kamrul Hasan, duty officer of Fire Service and Civil Defence told The Daily Star.
On information, five units of fire-fighting rushed to the spot and doused the blaze around 10:30pm, added the duty officer.
