Presidency University inaugurates “Admission Fest, Fall-2026”

Presidency University officially inaugurated its “Admission Fest, Fall-2026” on August 16, 2026, at the university campus. The festival created a vibrant and welcoming atmosphere for prospective students seeking admission to the university for the upcoming academic session.

The festival was formally inaugurated by the Presidency University Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr Md Abdul Mannan Chowdhury. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Principal Adviser to the Board of Trustees, Prof. Dr Md Anwarul Kabir; Registrar Md Sakir Hossain; Dean, School of Engineering, Prof. Dr Shahidul Islam Khan; Dean, School of Business, Prof. Abul Kalam; Dean, School of Law, Prof. Mohammad Azharul Islam; Controller of Examinations Mohammad Zahedur Rahman; and University Proctor Md Anisur Rahman, along with heads of various departments, faculty members, officials, employees, and students of the university.

The programme was hosted by Jahid Hasan, Member Secretary of the Admission Fest, Fall-2026, and Deputy Director & Head of the Admission and Public Relations Department of Presidency University.

As part of Admission Fest, Fall-2026, prospective students are being offered up to a 75 percent waiver on admission fees, a special 10 percent scholarship on tuition fees, and merit-based scholarships of up to 100 percent. Students will also receive exclusive gifts, including the Presidency University flagship bag, a t-shirt, and a grand gift box.

Throughout the festival, prospective students will have access to comprehensive admission-related information and guidance, as well as academic and career counselling, enabling them to make informed decisions about their higher education and future careers.
