SureCash to disburse stipend for mothers through Mobile Banking

Ministry of Primary and Mass Education, Rupali Bank and Teletalk signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to the disbursement of primary stipend through mobile banking. Under this MoU, government will use Rupali Bank's SureCash mobile banking service to disburse stipends to mothers all over the country and Teletalk will provide free SIM cards & 20 taka talk-time to the mothers. Minister Ministry of Primary and Mass Education (MoPME) Advocate Mostafizur Rahman M.P. attended the ceremony as chief guest and State Minister Tarana Halim M.P. of Department of the telecommunication division was the special guest.
