Most shares fall on Dhaka bourse

Most shares on the Dhaka Stock Exchange (DSE) fell in the first two and a half hours of the trading session today. 

Of the securities traded, 71 advanced, 129 retreated, and 161 did not find any buyer. 

As a result, the DSEX, the benchmark index of the premier bourse in Bangladesh, lost 5.6 points or 0.09 per cent to 6,509 at 11:48 am.

Shares worth Tk 629 crore changed hands during the period.
