ICT Ministry to launch 13 new cineplexes outside of Dhaka

ICT Division is establishing 13 new cineplexes outside of the capital by 2025. Bangladesh Hi-Tech Park Authority of ICT Division is building these 13 cinema halls to screen movies and by this year a cineplex will be inaugurated in Rajshahi. 

The remaining twelve will be constructed by 2025.

 This announcement was made by ICT State Minister Zunaid Ahmed Palak after he met the press at the screening of "Operation Sundarban" on Saturday, October 22. 

The state minister also stated that the ICT Division-endorsed movie 'Antarjal' (meaning Internet in Bengali) is also on the verge of completion. 

The movie is expected to educate everyone about being safe in the cyber world and raise awareness among the citizens, the state minister said.
