AL busy preparing for Sheikh Hasina’s Jashore rally tomorrow

Awami League leaders and activists are busy preparing for tomorrow's rally in Jashore where Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, also the AL president, is expected to be present.

Nearly eight lakh supporters are expected to join the rally at Jashore stadium, according to our Benapole correspondent.

Law enforcers and district administration are all busy in preparation.

The rally is the first on behalf of Awami League before the upcoming national elections.

To accommodate supporters, a wall has been broken down on the north-side of the Jashore Stadium connecting the field of Abdur Rajjak College thus extending the space for the rally, said Shahidul Islam Milon, president of Awami League's district unit.
