Bangladesh Science Academy organises Science Olympiad 2019

Dhaka Imperial College hosted Science Olympiad 2019, organised by Bangladesh Science Academy. This competition brought together around 500 participants from 65 different educational institutions. The variety of Olympiads organised included some of the major subjects – Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology. The eligible participants belonged to Classes IX to XII. Enthusiastic students made this event a huge success by showing their love for knowledge and scientific aptitude. Ektu Khani Bigyan organised by Imperial Science World proved to be the most popular event of the array of competitions organised. Dr M Shamsher Ali, former President of Bangladesh Science Academy graced the occasion as the chief guest. “Such competitions are an important factor shaping the personality of a student. It helps them understand and evolve as better versions of themselves. We are glad to organize this Olympiad and thank all the participants for showcasing their talent and interest,” he said.
