The Winter Academy Facing Challenges

Teach for Bangladesh (TFB) recently completed their third annual training programme 'Winter Academy', a six-week intensive training course for the forthcoming batch of Teach for Bangladesh fellows. The purpose of this academy is to initiate exceptional university graduates and young professionals into the two years leadership development programme and teach them the mission, vision and values of Teach for Bangladesh. This training constructs them to perform as highly efficient teachers in the classrooms of low income government primary schools. The trained fellows will join their full time workplace for two years from January, 2016.

This year, 42 fellows gathered at the BRAC Centre for Development Management (CDM), Rajendrapur, Gazipur to create an impact through education. To learn more The 6-Week Journey
