Visually impaired in Kanartek living with no electricity for 20 years

For the past 20 years, 65 visually impaired families have lived in the Kanartek village at Kaliakair upazila of Gazipur. Among them, some are intellectually and physically disabled. As if battling poverty and blindness were just not hard enough, they also have to deal with the administration's negligence when it comes to providing electricity.
