Price of water increased 14 times in 13 years

The primary purpose of Dhaka Wasa should have been ensuring hygienic and safe water supply. But in reality, even boiling the water or filtering tap water is hardly enough to make it safe. On the other hand, Dhaka Wasa has increased the rate of water by 14 times in the last 13 years.
