Muffin from Rajshahi: Is this the country’s smallest cow?

A cattle farm owner of Rajshahi has collected a Bhutanese dwarf cow, popularly known as Bhutti, which he claims to be the smallest living cow of the world.

The cow named Muffin, is 23.5 inches tall, 3.5 inches taller than Rani that was recognised by the Guinness Book of World Records to be the world's shortest cow a month after its death in August.
