Iron cage pillars keep Baunjan Railway Bridge operational 

Train passengers from North and South Bengal commute through the Baunjan Railway Bridge, which is now at great risk. The majority of the bridge's pillars, which are more than a century old, are in danger of collapse. About 60,000 to 70,000 passengers use the bridge every day.
