5 years, zero business of community centre

It's been 15 years since Segunbagicha Multipurpose Complex opened its door to the public. The city corporation funded the whole project. But since its completion, there hasn't been a single event in the premises. Negligence has led the centre to become almost unusable. And, no one is even looking after the place.
