Tigers take part in first practice session in Oman
Bangladesh team undertook their first practice session at Muscat, Oman today following one-day in quarantine.
The first training session was held at Muscat's Oman Cricket Academy at 1:30 PM in the afternoon today. A sunny afternoon with scenic views around the training ground welcomed the Tigers after their departure from Dhaka was put into doubt by Cyclone Shaheen on Sunday.
The cricketers underwent a Covid test before entering ICC's bio-secure bubble today.
The Tigers will practice for two more days before playing Oman 'A' on October 8. Bangladesh team will then depart for Dubai on October 9 to take part in two official practice games on October 12 and 14 against Sri Lanka and Ireland respectively.
Mahmudullah Riyad and his troop will then return to Oman on October 15 to participate in the qualifier stage and will face Scotland in their first qualifier game on October 17.
