Tigresses lose second ODI against Proteas

Bangladesh's women's team suffered their second defeat in the five-match ODI series against the Proteas women after losing the second ODI by nine wickets at Potchefstroom today.

Bangladesh were bowled out for a paltry 89 in 39.5 overs as only three batsmen reached double figures.

Right arm medium pacer Ayabonga Khaka and spinner Raisibe Ntozakhe bagged three wickets each.

Proteas women picked up the required runs in 17.1 overs opener Laura Wolvaardt remained unbeaten on a 50-ball 37.

Bangladesh lost the first ODI by 106 runs.
