Sonadighi School clinch title

Sonadighi High School of Rajshahi beat BAF Shaheen School of Dhaka 1-0 in the final of the Clean Men Under-17 Football Championship yesterday.

Biplob Tirki scored the decisive goal in the 68th minute of the match, played at the Birshreshtha Shaheed Mostafa Kamal Stadium in Kamalapur.

Jogen Lakhra of Sonadighi High School became the top-scorer of the tournament with nine goals while Probir of the same svhool was adjudged as the player of the tournament. The champion team received Tk 3 lakh as prizemoney.
