11-member Oikyafront team to join talks with PM

An 11-member delegation of Jatiya Oikyafront will sit for dialogue with Awami League-led 14-party alliance tomorrow over the next general election.

Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina will hold the second phase of small-group talks with Dr Kamal Hossain-led Jatiya Oikyafront at Gono Bhaban around 11:00am.

The prime minister has fixed the schedule for the talks in response to a letter sent by Dr Kamal Hossain seeking another round of dialogue on a limited scale involving constitution experts.

Apart from Dr Kamal, JSD President ASM Abdur Rab, Mirza Fakhrul Islam Alamgir, Khandaker Mosharraf Hossain, Moudud Ahmed, Mostafa Mahsin Mantu, Subrata Chowdhury, Mahmudur Rahman Manna, SM Akram, Abdul Makel Ratan and Sultan Mohammad Mansur Ahmed will join the dialogue.
