2 'outlaws' shot dead
Two suspected members of an outlawed party were shot dead at Adharkota village in Pangsha upazila here early yesterday.
Police recovered the bullet-hit bodies of Shahidul Islam, 35 and Manik, 45, of Rupiat village in the upazila in the morning.
Police said that the two were members of outlawed Sarbahara Party and wanted in a number of robbery cases.
They said the outlaws might have been killed by their rivals following previous enmity.
